You don’t have to keep all of the things in the box; sometimes it’s healthier to remove them from your life. At the same time, be healed :)
cyziecyzie answered:
Do nothing. Feeling pain is what makes us human. We couldn’t get away from it. Yes, it did hurt; but think of it as a wake up call.
windandwords answered:
They follow me everywhere I go.
sum1listen answered:
keep them as long as you want them there, throw them away when you’re sure you dont want them there anymore
ohnostalgicmemories answered:
Keep them, I keep everything from my exes in a shoebox. Every once in a while look back. Its like a time machine. And it makes me smile.

I would not be able to give an honest answer until it happens.

If the memories remind you of something great, then in spite of the pain, they make you cry out of experience. That shouldn’t be burned.
pithandpowder answered:
i never burned them, because that’d be like saying they never existed
unfoldingforever answered:
I burn them and start with something NEW :)

keep them to remember how great it all was. bec though its too painful to have it everyday it will still help us move on & let go in somehow.
The Love Whisperer is patient and kind. The Love Whisperer does not envy, does not boast and is not proud. The Love Whisperer does not dishonor others, is not self-seeking, is not easily angered. The Love Whisperer keeps no record of wrongs. The Love Whisperer does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. The Love Whisperer always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. [1]
For one task we have the Dog Whisperer; for the other we need the Love Whisperer. The Love Whisperer quietly guides us back to our hearts. The Love Whisperer dwells in your own heart and soul. All you have to do is turn up the volume to hear its mantra: “Choose love, choose love, choose love.” [2]
